• Labs, community health centers and clinics: Up to $2M/$6M

Special Coverage Features

Broad definition of Insured, which includes:

• Majority owned, newly acquired or created subsidiaries or affiliated companies, subject to certain limitations
• Employees, students and volunteers of the Named Insured, while acting within the scope of their duties or while rendering professional services as a "Good Samaritan"
• The Medical Director and any medical staff member of the Named Insured, while acting within the scope of their administrative duties for the Named Insured
• Any person serving at the Named Insured's written request on a formal accreditation, peer review or credentialing committee or board of a medical professional society
• Limited worldwide coverage territory
• Limited Professional Conduct Review Coverage
