Medical Professional Liability Insurance for Institutions
Coverage for the Unexpected
Litigation is on the rise, as is the size of medical malpractice awards. Unfortunately, standard liability policies do not always go far enough. Hospitals and other healthcare facilities are often named in multiple suits during the course of a year. When this happens, these facilities sometimes unexpectedly discover their policy limits are not enough. In today's competitive healthcare environment, few hospitals can afford this kind of financial catastrophe.
