Risk Management Services from ProMutual Group
Strong risk management is the key to reducing your risk of claim and loss. We are recognized for our superior risk management programs and we offer many unique services, including comprehensive office appraisals, personal consultations, educational programs, and support groups.
An office appraisal is a critical first step in ensuring your practice is as well guarded against risk as possible. Our staff will come to your site, and using the latest technology plus years of experience, will help you define your specific risk exposures. We analyze the risk management strengths of your practice, and compare your practice with others in the same specialty. We work with you, examining such issues as:
- Safety and patient confidentiality issues
- Administrative systems, including release of medical records and telephone triage
- Practice issues, including the prescribing and dispensing of medications
- Questions about documentation and informed consent
- Regulatory compliance issues
We also offer consultative services. We can help you address changing issues in risk management and develop new strategies for improving your practice. As part of the process, we are often called on to conduct focus groups to help you discover your patients' thoughts and concerns about your practice.
Throughout the year we conduct educational seminars and conferences. Most qualify for CME credits. If you have trouble finding the time to attend a seminar, you will appreciate Perspectives, our risk management newsletter. This quarterly publication is sent free to all insureds. Each issue includes a quiz and successful completion of this quiz can earn one CME credit.
